This beautiful lantern arrived a day early. It was packaged securely with absolutely no damage. All parts and pieces were in place and not loose or rattling, I.e., the glass panels are aligned and fit, the candle also (which looks so real!)and the door clasp locks and unlocks with ease. It has a really nice color, a gorgeous burnished bronze with a 16” height that gives this lantern a streamline, stylish appeal. I placed mine at the top of my stairs where it illuminates the hall warmly. I love this product! I am very pleased.

I like the light’s flickering effect. The lantern is completely plastic and is very lightweight. If it’s used outdoors it will need to be anchored so that it doesn’t blow over. The bronzed black finish is well done and attractive.

This is a good-looking lantern with a kind of Moorish or arabesque design. The housing made out of plastic, but it looks like metal, and the windows are glass—pretty good materials for an item at this price.The ring on top is a nice size, so it can be hung on a medium-sized branch or peg without a problem. And the candle inside has a nice flicker that doesn’t look too fake.It takes three triple-A batteries, and it has a timer function which stays on for a few hours and then shuts itself off. Battery life seems good so far.If these features sound good to you, I can’t imagine your being disappointed with this.

This lantern is cute but the picture shows a very realistic flame which is clearly a bit misleading. I have included a short video to give you an idea of what it truly looks like. Don’t get me wrong, it is cute and from a distance can probably pass as real but no where near the detailed flame as they show.I do like the timer function which frees me from having to remember to turn it on and off. The light includes a ring on top so you can literally hang this anywhere so if you are looking for a simple lantern for decoration, this will work perfectly. Just keep realistic expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

This is a cute little Flameless lantern. It’s made of glass which was surprising. I didn’t realize when I ordered this but as you can see in the photo of it upside down, the flameless candle doesn’t come out. This does take 3 AAA batteries (not included), and it has a on/off/timer switch on the bottom. It’s really cute, the candle flickers like a real one, and perfect for a small table on the patio. The price is right for the quality of this little lantern, it’s very sturdy and can be hung up on a hook via the loop on the top. Very impressive for such a little thing. Works flawlessly and a great addition to any room or patio. Highly recommend!!

This lantern is very cure looking and the actual lantern is high quality. I assumed the LED candle can be taken out and replaced with a real one, but there is an opening in the bottom for the candle, which is screwed onto it. This means that a broken candle renders the lantern useless. The candle is the same as those cheap ones coming in many kits. The battery housing is not waterproof. The screw securing the battery housing lid was missing. I really want to recommend the lantern for its cuteness, but I wish it had a more trustworthy candle or one that was just placed into it. There were no instructions what the timer is about. The switch can be set to off/on/timer. How long it will be running on timer remains a secret…

These look adorable if you look at them from a distance. They take three AA’s in each ( not included ) and have three simple settings, on , off and a 6 hour timer , put them on the timer setting and it will stay on 6 hours and go off and come back on the next day at the same time you first set it . 6 hours on 18 off .The whole set is plastic , everything, even the handle and the windows, dropping these will do damage and I will be very surprised if they last one season outside on my covered porch . Still, they are very lightweight , have a nice size , look cute and the candles flicker too. If you decide to hang these I would suggest securing them with wire or a little string .

I am in a music group, and I got these to add to our stage vibe and production.Clearly, these would be nice at an outdoor gathering or party.They look a bit more ornate and fancy online, but are basically heavy-duty plastic, but attractive.There is a three-way switch: Off-On-Timer, and an included extra lantern top, should for some reason, one breaks.The light is a nice, flickering LED.Once again, for my uses, it is a nice set-dressing during concerts, and would be a pleasant addition to your outdoor gathering.

I’ve been looking for a set of lanterns for my room. It is real glass and the font door does open, which will make it easier for future cleaning. The light they give off is soft and flickers like a candle would. Having a timer is an additional bonus. They come on in the evening and are off by the time we call it a day.

Its not exactly what I thought it would be. Its more of a great halloween, Christmas lantern. Its all plastic and the top loop handle is a bit flimsy. Though it looks nice, its more of a holiday decor lantern than one you could keep on your front porch year round, I dont think it would last long outside months on end. This is a really nice, solid lamp. It’s a plastic frame with glass panes, but doesn’t look cheap like you’d expect for plastic construction. It looks like metal. The candle is permanently installed and can’t be removed. Takes 3 AAA batteries. We’ve been using it with the timer function to go on at dusk and shut itself off about 6 hours later and it’s been going for several weeks, so battery life seems good. Ours is sitting on a table but the installed ring would be quite adequate for hanging either inside or outside. The candle flicker is one of the better, more realistic ones I’ve seen. Very happy with this and would absolutely recommend.

The first impression I received when I opened the box was they were cute.I thought they were made of metal because the name of the product has “bronze” but the material is plastic including the window part as well which I prefer because I can hang these anywhere without worry.Each lantern requires 3 AAA batteries and there are 3 options to operate: on off and timer. The timer allows the lantern on for 6 hours and off automatically to save batteries.

The faux candles on the inside actually look like real candles and you can’t tell the difference from a distance when they are lit up. They take 3 AAA batteries and are easy to install.There are plastic lids underneath the lanterns that gives you access to the battery compartments and one of them wouldn’t go back on after I removed it to put the batteries in. The batteries were very snug after I put them in so the plastic cover didn’t really make a difference.Unless I’m missing something the timer isn’t what it says it is and there isn’t a remote. It’s just a switch that you turn on and it runs for x amount of hours, there’s (from what I can tell) no way to set the candle to turn on at a certain time of the day automatically. I don’t know if I would use that option although that would be a nice upgrade to the lantern.Lovely addition to your home décor, inside or out, or for using these at any event.

This just adds a “mood” to the table on my back deck. This will be in heavy use over the summer. It is so nice to have such a vintage feel without all of the nonsense of constantly replacing candles. Since I have rechargeable batteries, this is extremely useful to me. The light isn’t exceptionally strong, but this is definitely still worth it. It is also nice to have on hand for potential power outages with tornado/severe thunderstorm season approaching.

The pair of lanterns in Antiqued Bronze color are almost entirely molded out of plastics and you would expect them to look cheap or flimsy as a result. However, that is far from the case: they look well molded and assembled. No, you are unlikely to mistake them for metal up close and personal, but from even a few feet away they look very nice.Each unit required 3 AAA batteries which are secured on the bottom of the units: although the battery compartment has the option for a locking screw to retain the cover, no screw is provided. This would be nice as the latch required that you move the tab into the fully engaged position manually once the cover is in place. It appears that the spring action is not considered to be sufficient to prevent the cover from detaching with temperature swings. But this is really a minor quibble.The three-position switch on the bottom provides either continuous on or a 6-hour timed on cycle, or off. The switch works well and the timer seems reasonably accurate: I wouldn’t time a race with it, but it does shut off the unit after 6 hours within a 10-20 seconds of the actual time.The artificial candle inside the lantern body looks fairly realistic and the color and flicker of the light does a very good job replicating an actual wax candle. Again, it does not hold up to extremely close scrutiny, but that is not the use of the these lanterns, they are decorations, not major light sources and designed to set an atmosphere or feeling.The ring handle on the top of the lanterns is metal and swings easily – this makes it easy to hang the lanterns or carry them; it is well done and matches the molded plastic well.

Set of two Candle Lanterns…📚 Cute set, light weight, metal looking plastic making them weather resistant and good for indoor or outdoor use. These can be hung, set on a table top, steps, etc.📚 Each lantern runs on 3 AAA batteries. Each lantern has 3 modes, off/on/timer. If you put the switch on timer mode when you want it to turn on, It will stay on for 6 hours before turning off and come back on at the same time the next day.📚 The candle light is warm, a slightly flickering glow. I found switch to be a little finnicky, You have to get it in just the right place in order for it to work correctly.📚 There were several color options available including black and bronze, I chose black to match and coordinate with some of my other lanterns.📚 Summary… a nice set of lights for the price. Cute and functional, has a slightly touchy switch. These look nice on my back deck, warm light glowing in the dark 👍👍

They’re very sturdy and all the lines are straight, no sharp edges. The candle looks a little fake if it’s not on and you’re close but once on and especially around other decor you can’t really tell. It does require batteries. The price is great considering it’s two.

I will be ordering some more for the other three porches. These are going to be wonderful for my Renaissance Faire booth at night. Even up close the look quite authentic, until you pick them up and see how lightweight they are. The timer function is not fancy….just turn it on the timer setting and it will go 6 hours, then turn on again at the same time each night until you turn it off. I have these hung outside on my pergola under a covered portion of it and they work great! Been using them for a month almost daily for an hr or 2 while outside and so far great, the whole thing is made from plastic and I’m in Texas where sun is brutal, and though not directly under the rays, was anticipating having to respray them as they fade but does seem to be good without it so far. Haven’t had to replace the batteries either, very light weight. Only thing I wished was the hanging ring being metal, but the plastic does seem of higher quality, no cracks of breaks and I did drop one on pavers from about a 6ft height and made it ok. Recommend

Worked for the first 40 days. Lights no longer come on with the timer unless uou manually turn the. Off and back on each day. Definetly defeats the purpose of the timer. Unless you want to do it manually, I suggest you choose different light. Not worth the aggravation

Update: seller was kind enough to send me a full refund. Much appreciated. I am going to reorder now. I really do like the product.One is still working but the other doesn’t work after one day of use. If I could figure out why I would probably keep.

Loved everything about this Lantern. Looks like a Real Candle. The Lantern on the left is the one I received. The one on the right I bought off of Marketplace for $10. The candle looks fake, but who really is looking anyways. Seller said it was from Kohls. If that one ever goes bad, I will definitely get another one from Amazon.
