  1. This is a beautiful pot! I was amazed at how well it was packaged. It came so quickly, I would not hesitate to irder from this company again!

  2. So impressed with my Tajin

  3. We bought this for our son in law. He’s Moroccan. He knew how to cook using this stuff. He’s been living in America now so he missed his tagine a lot. He uses it almost on a daily basis in his country, so he longed to have it here. The problem was that this we bought doesn’t have a good resistance for the changes in temperature. Those they use in Casablanca have this capacity, but the one we bought to him -apparently- required a careful treatment for this issue (hot water/cold water). The important thing is, after knowing this, our son in law talked to his father and he told him how to prepare food with the tagine without damaging it. At last, he had only to take some care in preparing hot meals, nothing more. In fact, he did it (see the photo). Finally, everybody found this apparatus beautiful. I mean it. They loved it.

  4. This is a beautiful piece of pottery. I did have issues with the wrong size tangine delivered initially but personal communication with the seller was exceptional. I would buy again.

  5. Lovely gift for a family member. Beautifully crafted pottery. Looking forward to years of use.

  6. This fit enough for 6 easily, and would have worked for 8 or even 10. It is easy to use (don’t forget to follow the curing instructions!) and looks beautiful on the table.

  7. Wonderful craftsmanship and the shipping package was excellent.

  8. The pattern is very nice and it is much larger than expected. It was also well packaged. However, it is extremely thin. I’ve had a lot of tagines over the years and I’ve never felt one that is so thin and light. I knew right away when I felt it, that it wasn’t a true traditional tagine. It makes me really question what materials it is made from because both ceramic and clay have a lot more weight. Even one person tagines usually have weight to them. I’ll probably end up returning. It is so thin that I don’t think it will survive even low temperatures while cooking.Very disappointed, bc it’s so hard to find real ones in the US where I live. I also didnt receive the recipe book or any other inserts the listing said it came with. (Might be my mistake, I’ll have to double check the listing.)

  9. As you would do with any Tagine, be sure to season your pot. Proper care and it will last a long, long time. And do NOT forget to get a diffuser!I am most excited to add this to my cookware.

  10. Cooks to tender perfection in two hours. No need to keep checking for doneness. Prepare, cover and put in oven. Two hours later, a melt-in-your-mouth meal!
