I don’t know how I managed in the past without preserved lemons. I use them for so many dishes. Casablanca is my favorite for preserved lemons.
Very, very authentic Moroccan preserved lemons. This is as good of preserved lemons as it gets. Super happy with the purchase. And to those who are new to the Moroccan cuisine, yes, the lemons are traditionally salty. And no, you cannot use any lemons to preserve. Different taste. They have to be the sweet lemons with sort of a button on them..Very happy with the purchase.. though, I might agree that they are a bit pricey, but I’m just happy to have found quality, authentic Moroccan preserved lemons.
